Alivia McGee5Absolutely love banking here! The manager Sandy and her team are just phenomenal. Every time we come here they treat myself and my two year old son with outstanding customer service. They entertain him, give him snacks and a ball and this last time they had balloon fun with Sandys new promotion!! They are just the best. Sometimes it’s not easy having to deal with banks and funds; especially with a child by your side but we love it here! Thank you!!

Lawrence Fischer5My wife and I LOVE the people in this branch and I’m going to mention names Dior, Sandy to name a few have been soooooo helpful with all of our banking needs from exchange to notarizing 60 plus pages of account info (sorry if you were behind me that day) the service there is phenomenal the people go above and beyond and I have nothing but admiration for what they do day in and out. They often get the brunt of our bad days or money woes whilst probably having issues of there own. I find people speak and treat as they find, so don’t expect bend over backwards help and service if you have a bad attitude to them, just saying. Love you Dior great job! Keep up the good work.

Black White2Never had any issues with TD bank or there service but I'm specifically mentioning the in person services of this branch. This bank is the only TD for miles in a small town- so its usually very very busy. But before the virus they did their best to be speedy and keep the line moving. No exaggeration I've had root canals that have taken less time then it did for me to get a money order today. I understand its the corona virus, but its now the middle of July and we still can not enter the lobby and the drive up line stretches into the street. I've been waiting for a bank check for almost 45 mins now! The girls that work here are great and its not their fault, but this is a very confusing mess!

D&K RECK5I've been going to this bank for about a year now and have zero complaints. However, I do have many compliments. Bank manager Matt Halfmann is phenomenal at his job. I went in a few months ago to have a wire transfer completed for a rather large sum of money. Matt went above and beyond, making sure that everything was correct. The other banks manager and employees were sending incorrect information while insisting it was correct. If it wasn't for Matt's overall expertise and gumption, the whole transaction would have been a failure. I truly believe 99/100 managers or banking specialists wouldn't have caught the errors. I highly suggest, if you have any business regarding bank transfers or other financial transactions, go to Matt for guidance. In closing, not only are the staff helpful, but also very pleasant while doing so. I've done business with many different TD banks throughout New England, and without any hesitation, do I declare this one a notch above the rest. I highly recommend this branch to everyone for all your banking needs.

Joseph Hoffman1DO NOT BANK HERE ! ! ! I have had them in the past and they were horrendous. I don't have them anymore. I went to cash a check and they wanted to charge me $10. The check was from TD! They said it's industry standard. Funny how Northway bank didn't mention any such thing when I cashed a check from Northway a week ago.

Baggio1Drive thru window is extremely sloooow. There should be a designated teller for the window alone. Instead, they have the inside tellers bounce back and forth between walk-in customers, vacuum tube customers, and drive up window customers. The whole premise of having a drive-up window, is to have a speedy alternative to walk-in. Today, i waited 6 minutes behind another car that was already there and hadnt been served yet. TD needs to assign a teller just to the window and vacuum tube... Period!
