First of all the bank says they close at 6pm on their site. All 3 lazy bankers walked out at 5:30 when my husband and I arrived. Also, your TD bank money deposit machine sucked up our bank card and we were told by the banker "that there was nothing they could do about it." I'm sorry, what? Not one of those bankers could make a phone call for the machine to be immediately be looked at? Absolute trash for people work at this bank. Never again.

Nicest people, sometimes I wait a little longer then I should but it's because they are so busy. Still, I don't mind waiting because the service is top notch.

Rude blonde lady yelling at door they are closed til 10:30 when all over it says 9:30! She is saying do to weather roads are fine! I will never go to this branch again and will make sure to tell everyone what a horrible inconvenience this was and her attitude!

I always have had positive things to say about this branch but my last visit was very frustrating to say the least. I went there today to take a cash draw out of my disability card (cash card BOA) to deposit in my checking account.(TD Bank). I have done this literally over a dozen times before today with no real issues, I understand that it is a process. First of all it took 15 min. standing in line to get to the counter. I recognized no one in there, apparently all new employees, except for the manager, that I never knew was a manager before today. The tellers were obviously worried about making mistakes, why else would they be so slow? When it was finally my turn Michele De Martino (teller) walked my card over to the other side of the bank do the cash draw. As I am standing at the counter watching her way over there, I observe her call someone, I'm assuming to make sure she was doing it right? After 5 minutes of trying to figure out which buttons to press she brings me back my card and discretely tells me that my card is declined and that she can't retry it again if it is declined. At which point I am wondering what in the world she is talking about since I just checked the balance online before I left home. So I go out to my car and look up my card account on my phone and low and behold the balance that I stated is showing in there. I bring my phone in and at that point Michele is trying to do the same type of transaction for the next customer in line at the same machine. I show her the balance and she flatly replies, "I don't know why it said it, but once your card is declined I can't retry it." So at this point I ask if I can speak to the manager and Michele points to Bethanne Stone who happens to be at the machine changing the paper in it. I explained the situation and she reluctantly agrees to retry to process my card. She swipes my card a few times, pushes a few buttons, this goes on for all about five minutes until she finally announces that "their machine doesn't like my card for some reason" and suggests that there is something wrong with my card. She then gives me my card back and apologizes. So I get in my car drive to Bank of America. Once I get there, i explained what happened at TD. So the teller takes my card, runs it through the machine and it works without a problem. There was nothing wrong with my card. The BOA teller told me that the TD teller had to have entered an amount over my balance in order for the card to decline. TD shame on you! Train your tellers so that they are able to service your customers in a knowledgeable, time effective manner. What should have taken me one trip to one bank and 10 minutes tops, took me almost an hour and three trips to two different banks. Then when I went back to deposit my cash and to tell them that there was nothing wrong with my card and that it was apparently teller input, no one blinked an eye kept repeating that the machine must be acting up. Thinking about switching.

The manager on the phone at the bank was rude and wouldn’t help me with my problem after I asked one of the tellers a question and she implied the wrong information. So not the best bank if you actually want help managing your account
