      I needed help with a transaction by Monday and my regular branch would not help me. I took a. chance and called East Rutherford. I spoke with Al and he asked me to go there today. I was so pleased. Jonathan took care of my needs immediately and both these men were so pleasant that I have to say thank you both. Pkease transfer to my regular branch. Problem solved in minutes. Excellent service. Thanks again Al and Jonathan!

      Gabrielle did a great job welcoming my son and I to TD bank in East Rutherford . Very informative, cooperative and professional ! Louis was also super kind on the phone giving us the address since we are new to the area ! All in all a great bank to go to !

      I’m always have this bank since I was 17 years old. But today was a nasty customer service. I just wish I could had something. I’m sure she don’t work for free. This why this bank is losing a lot customer service. I would like to close my account which this what I’m going to do soon. Nasty people don’t belong a job. She was total nasty dispectful. Next time I I’ll talk to the bank manager.

      We deposited a stimulus check into an account and the fraud department thought it was fraudulent. We provided document after document to the branch and fraud department proving our identity and the validity of the check. Including the letter from the IRS. The manager got frustrated and just decided to start ducking our calls. They would ask who was on the line and then when I gave my name they would say she was busy and hung up. I had to use my work contacts to track down the CEO'S cell phone number to get them to fix the problem. I understand a lot was out of her control but she was very unprofessional.

      Recently we visited the TD in East Rutherford to open an account for our 17 year daughter. The representative, Alvaro De LaBarra, went above and beyond in educating our daughter on opening her accounts. Talked to her about financial responsibility. He definitely went above what he needed to do. I highly recommend him if you are looking to open accounts especially for younger people.

      I recently had a very unpleasant experience with my local TD Bank branch (East Rutherford, NJ). I have stored a few valuable items in safety boxes since 2015, including a series of collector gold coins. Upon my last visit, I noticed that (2) coins [(1) 5 oz gold coin and (1) 1 oz gold coin, both from the 1986 Olympics] were missing (valued around $15K), even though I am the only person authorized to remove them and I only visited once every quarter. My family and I requested the branch supervisor for security tapes for the store on the days of our last recorded visits, and they either ignored our requests or denied us access to the tapes. After three in-person attempts to get the videos, the supervisor (Monique) did not cooperate at all. We asked to speak with the supervisor’s boss and were not given a contact. All in all, it has been a terrible experience. The store supervisors have had no empathy with this situation and have shown little professionalism while dealing with this issue. They have also not provided any options or alternatives to track down the missing items, and have not provided any compensations to make up for the lost assets. If you plan to store items in TD Bank safe boxes, please think twice, as they will NOT have your back or take accountability for any incidents.

      I love TD bank, however, this is a poorly managed branch, unfortunately. They are under staffed and the tellers have adopted a very cynical approach to customers. Whoever was on shift at 2:49 10/1 was left by herself to manage the lunch time rush, and she does not handle stress very well (snippy comments, nothing too serious). This is probably the third bad experience I've had with this branch (only this branch) after my third visit to them. This review is more to get management's attention; I'll happily revise my review if you can address staffing.

      please don't open business accounts in this bank. look like scam bank . I can't do transactions over $2000 . try to call nobody answers. I use just debit card it means you can do whatever with your money but in this bank if you put money in it's hard to get money back. be careful with your money

      Clueless security. In an effort to beat terrible drive thru backups at this branch, I arrived 20 minutes before bank opened. With one car ahead of me, I formed one line. Security guard approaches me to say I am causing backup and can go into any lane...despite all lanes showing closed. I asked him...will all lanes be functional..."sure, sure". Needless to say, they weren't. By the time I found out the lane I had been moved to wasn't functional, all drive thru lanes were 4 to 5 cars deep. Brilliant work!!

      Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere... inconsiderate bank tellers. Hasbrouck Heights provides 50x better customer service. Maybe TD Bank needs to send you folks out for some customer service training, since you clearly don't know how to handle THEIR CUSTOMERS properly. Wasting customers time costs customers money... Stick those noses a little higher up in the air.
