nigel harding1Slow as usual, counter personal is pleasent. Current manager shouldn't be there or needs a refresher course in customer service. A simple debit replacement spent 45 minutes in a line for her to tell me I'll have to wait for another agent to assist.

Jim Paul1Got a large back due payroll check. Deposited it but I get direct deposit from job but in beginning I had checks. Had a motorcycle lined up to buy today with it. On Wednesday when I deposit it I asked if it will clear quick because its payroll and girl said yeah likely 24 hours. Well come to find out they put a 7 day hold on it. I tried to get it back so I could just pay a check cashing service fee but only the manager can do that and he's not back until next week! Some BS they pulled here and let alone on a payroll check. When it finally clears next week I'll be taking out my money and closing the account.

Yofavv _._ chloe1This bank never ceases to disappoint me! I go in there just about every week, my id expired 4/30/16, completely my fault. 2 weeks ago it wasn't a problem but today it was. How can I have my bank card, I'd expired I know, social security card, plus numerous other cards with my name on it and I can't take money out of MY account!? The larger lady manager even gave me a dirty look when I asked for my cards back to just withdrawal from the atm. They take forever there, always have about one person at the counter and God forbid you need to change your address you have to wait an hour for customer service cause they can't just do it there. It's always an issue with these people. I will be taking my banking elsewhere. And all the charges they rack up, my gosh! I've contacted corporate and they have definitely lost a lot of business!

Jimmy Miranda1Tried to report fraudulent activity on my daughters account and even though she has her debit card with her and a picture of her state id with all the correct Info and matching state is number and identical photo counter rep Joanne refused to help. You would think that fraud activity would be a bigger priory. Will be closing our accounts with this bank soon

seak lay1Came here at 8:30. They were not open. The people saw me but proceeds to ignore me and leave the door lock. I waited at the door and drive thru. This is ridiculous. Have been waiting for 30 mins. We have jobs too.

Terran Lockheart1They don't answer the phone, and and on the rare chance they do, they answered it gruff and rude. The most unprofessional gaggle of snobby Jerks lf one ever existed. The Branch manager is equally as rude and clearly leads her team into a terrible disposition. Avoid this branch like Corona.

Jessica Espinosa3Not enough help. To get a new card u have to wait at least 15 min they have one ATM and a lot of times it doesn't work.. so u have to go inside and wait on a long line. The hours are great. I've been banking with td before it was td. The fee are slowly creeping up. The drive threw is your best bet.. hopefully things get better soon at this location.

Sharae Wimberly1Been with TD for a while now and every time I walk into the tilghman street one I get soo annoyed! They are so rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. I can be the only one there and I'll still have to wait ten mins or more just to be seen. I walked in today and the lady at the front desk with an attitude said I have to wait until someone is finished when all they was doing was standing there. I went there a month ago as well to take money from an account and the guy at the front desk was like "why didn't you just use our ATM?" With an attitude. And before he said that I waitied on him for like 20 mins because he was to busy complaining about how some girls was stealing money from an account or something, which they wasn't supposed to be talking about at the front desk anyway! and I said to him, with an attitude back "if I wanted to use the ATM I would have" but I can't due to the fact the way my account is set up. All I can say is that the staff in there needs to get it together or get new people that actually enjoy their job! I don't even want to one star it...
