  all this TD banks are the worst. i just wasted all my morning trying to find an open one on saturday. no phone anwers and no info anywhere that they are closed on saturdays. by far the worst..you have to actualy waste your time and drive to the stupid bank just to realize that they're not open 😡😡😈

  Amanda worst employed ever, and lazy. I came to do a verification of assets and she didn't want to do it. She said that can take 48 hours and they don't do that at the bank. They requested. I said; How came or since when? Because I got one back in July. Don't ever go to this location. I'm May also thinking to close my account with them and open in another bank. Sadly to leave a review I have to mark one star but AMANDA YOU MAKE TD BANK LOOK SO BAD.

  Awesome customer service the minute I walked in I was already speaking to a representative. He had ppl with him and stood up to greet me. I thought that was cool. They all were awesome. I didn't get any names but hopefully they remember the black young woman who works for Metro by T-mobile. ( I had on my work uniform ) They treated me as an equal. I really appreciated that with what's all going on now in these times. Keep up the awesomeness guys... I'd reccommend the world to just this one store.

  The worst customer service experience ever at a bank. The "gentleman" that met me at the door was above all rude and smug beyond anything I have observed at any bank! My expectations for TD Bank are low and this is why I quit using them but here in Naples they stoop to new lows.

  I have a check someone wrote me for a job I did. I stopped in to get it cashed. They don't cash checks. They have 3 employees, but no cash. They told me I had to go to their other location downtown. Which would be closed long before I got there. Thanks for nothing!

  This TD bank is a new concept inline more with the Canadians that visit and the younger millennial generation. Here you can take out 1$, 5$ and 10$ bills from the banking machine. I often need 1$ and 5$ bills so I was happy that you could do this here. It's not a full service bank but it's a great place for young people or Canadians as they are familiar with the Canadian banking needs. I have TD in Canada and the USA, I am happy to report that I can use my TD Canadian card here without extra fees. If you need a full service bank just go down the road and find another. The entrance to the bank is around the back the entrance opposite of the boulevard, the parking lot in the side is not part of TD bank, be careful of parking there if you have a low car or you'll scrape the bottom of your car leaving the parking lot. The woman working at the bank was very kind and knowledgeable... they also have coffee.

  Came in to cash a simple check, since I lost my debit card last week. Americas most convenient Bank closest branch is 40 minutes from my house. Got here at 426 still waiting to be helped it is now 512. There were two people being helped by the two tellers here. One just finished. The other is still being helped. I've heard if saving money but this is ridiculous.

  I think this location is wonderful! The friendliest branch I've ever been to. Very helpful. Love the updated ATM's and the fact that they're dog friendly 😊

  I came in and sign in and 2 other ppl walked in wayyy after me and didn’t even sign in and they took those people before me which is not a surprise with me being black and the 2 people that did not sign in was white. This is very sad that people are still discriminating. I have bank with TD for some years now and I only came in just to get a new card even though they are a hole hour away and to come and be treated like this is sad I will never come into this bank again. #POORCUSTOMERSERVICE
