Rennie Jacob1Went in today to open a business checking account; it was like pulling teeth to get some one to help me. Once I finally got someone it was like they didn’t want to help/need my business...no problem message received loud n clear!!! Went down the block to Columbia Bank and in and out in 30mins..great customer service and very friendly and attentive!!! I will be closing ALL my TD accounts shortly!!!

Maria Bootsma1My family and I have been banking in this bank since they opened even when it was called commerce, anyway, the management service here is slow and horrible! The assistant manager Italo that provided service is NOT a people person. Went in to get my safety box and claimed we have not paid the fee for the box when in fact, we did so weeks ago. The service took so long, waited over 20 mins when there was no one there—-and attitude by the management. BRING BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE ARE USED TO!!!!

kathy wilkos1If I could have given this branch zero stars I would have. The drive thru person I went to on Saturday was too busy talking to the other person to pay attention to my transaction. When I received the tube back from her with my withdraw thrown in I realized she shorted me money. When I told her what happened she looked at me like I was crazy. Net is my online banking was not correct! I spent 1 hour and 45 mins on the phone trying to understand what happened, with no satisfaction. I called the branch this morning and talked to an extremely rude person who basically said he had no idea why I had a large pending DEBIT, that I would have to wait and see what happened! When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't in and he would tell me the same thing! REALLY, this is customer service!!

Dennis D5Customer service is what I'm rating here. TD Banks are TD Banks. Same rules and regulations apply state (nation)wide. So what sets one branch apart from another branch are the staff members who provide the service. One of the tellers is a sweetheart. I believe her name is Carolyn. Very personable, upbeat, extremely professional and always have a genuine smile. It gives me great pleasure to conduct business with someone who looks like they are not dreading their job. It makes me feel better inside and puts me in a better mood. If more people had her attitude while working, we would all make this world a better place. Aside from that, I'm being forced to bank at this particular branch in the shopping center because this is where I am currently located for work. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with grumpy people if I don't have to.

Dylan Kessell1I have been standing here waiting for some customer service for over 20 minutes now!!! This manager is really helping the other manager with one customer. Like why is this other manager a manager if they need help doing the job? Looks like poor management to me. Then as soon as this guy helps us he tells me he can’t help today. Waited 20 to hear that. Thanks boss.

Joe Gio2Typical big name bank trying to squeeze anything they can out of you. The "penny arcade" scam should tell you something about how they operate. The only time they want to spend time with you is when you want to close an account then you'll have to wait while they tell you about all the great deals they have. Do you homework and check your fees and rates. Rates are typically horrible unless you open a checking account and link to a CD etc, totally idiotic. Check you local banks first and you'll surely get a better rate, smaller banks are typically willing to work with you and get you the best deal. The only good thing is the hours.

brielle mirrer1TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Countless times I have gone to this specific branch & they were unable to help me where as other branches were able to, like cashing a government check. The Wayne and Oakland location has always been more helpful & friendlier to bank with.

Joe Rivera Falcon2Very slow and they really don't care either. When this used to be Commerce Bank the employees had to care or they would lose their jobs. Now, I see one or two of the same employees around and they don't care. Bank hours are 8:00 for drive-thru during the week but on average they start taking customers around 8:20. Shame really what this place has come to.
