TD Bank Reviews

Terrie Newell5Did some banking business with Joshua today. I never knew banking could be fun! I had a blast and will find reasons to interact with my new favorite banker. Bravo for making life fun. We all could use more fun in our lives. Rock on TD Bank and most especially Joshua!

Grey Oblivian1In addition to not answering their phone, this branch's lobby is only sporadically open. So you have no idea what sort of wait times youll have. So if you walk there without a car, theyll make you stand in the drive-through despite it being posted its not allowed. Their motto of "Being the Most Convenient Bank" is absolute and utter bullpucky *Updated Review* I will amend my review in saying that the lobby issue seems to be a bit better handled, however their hours are reduced and for those of us who work nights and only have the weekends to get things done, the hours are still inconvenient, as is the location as its the only one remaining in the area.

michael bisceglie1Wost TD Bank I have ever been too. It took 40 minutes to make a simple deposit because they only had one teller working the lobby and one working the drive-thru. The line was out the door and the manager paid no attenion to it.

Abi Woodman2Extremely poor customer service. Waited in line for 45 minutes to only be told the deposit I was dropping off was too large so I’d have to come back later or tomorrow so they could process other guest’s transactions. A customer is a customer whether the deposit is quick to deposit or not, everyone is waiting in line for their turn. To treat one guest as if the others are more important is not the way to handle business. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes out front for an employee to bring the deposit out to me. I now waited longer so other guests could get out of line quicker only for the employee to tell me I was wrong for saying this when I confronted them. They also didn’t bundle our $100 worth of one dollar bills so now I’m left doing their job. I sympathize that they have short staff and three lines of cars going out to the street, I’m sure they’re stressed, but every customer should be valued and the employee’s response to my complaint was quite frankly, rude.

James Devlin1This place is a joke . On a Friday night they have one person working the drive thru and the lobby is closed . Don't bother going to this bank unless you have a extra hour to wait around .

Leonard Turner1Sign on door has closing time on door as 3pm on Saturdays, however they closed at 1pm today Saturday 24 Oct 2020. Thanks TD Bank for turning this into a wasted trip You should honor the times you have posted on the door! It's just another example of letting the Covid Hoax drive the way you do business. Wake up people and put an end to all this deception!!

Martha Field1This bank needs to come up with a plan other then waiting an hour in line at the drive-through. Lobby closed still due to pandemic. I have to make constant deposits for my work and we are not allowed to make night drops.

J S Flynn1I enjoy TD Bank, but I loath the West Street Branch, in Keene, NH. I recommend that you choose any other branch. The Court St branch was great, but is now closed. The Troy, NH branch is good. (now closed for good, sorry Troy) The Hooksett, NH branch is good. The West Street Branch is nothing but argument or obfuscation. We opened an account but my wife received misleading information. Supposedly it was fixed, but zero paperwork? Some CS' are good but some of the management is simply NASTY. Try Service Credit Union.

Elaine Hall5I have been with the West St. bank since October. I love it! The people are always helpful and knowledgeable. The hours are so convenient, 7 days a week is great for me. I don't understand why any one would not enjoy their relationship with this bank.

Graham Wright5I go out of my way to go to this branch because of how extremely friendly all the employees are!! They always make me smile and are so helpful and kind, whatever they are getting paid it certainly isn’t enough. Love this team and send a million thanks to them for their friendly smiles and attitude:)
