  Put time aside on a Saturday to come to the bank at noon since I can’t make their hours during the week and only three employees were on the floor, management kept them very understaffed to show they don’t respect their employees or their customers. At 12:40 we were told what we wanted to do might take too much time and we might not be helped today despite waiting so long. No effort was made to accommodate us after waiting an hour in the lobby. Five other people gathered and left in the time. TD is actively turning away customers who want to do business. UPDATE: it took two weeks to receive my new card in the mail from this visit and they sent me the wrong type of card. I cannot make purchases or pay bills with it and have to take even more time to go out of my way to the bank, and wait AGAIN for new cards.

  This has been my home bank for over 15 years this banks customer service has gone way down in the past year, the branch manager is not the biggest people person, so I’ve always tried to avoid her if possible because the tellers where always a pleasure to talk to, but that’s not the case anymore. For having a job where you deal with people all day, this bank has grown cold and the tellers are just plain rude. I used to love the convenience of this bank but now with the altered hours that COVID has placed on it I’m seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps the Wells Fargo down the street that is much closer to where I live not to mention the majority of checks I receive as payment come from Wells Fargo. Whatever I choose to do I would recommend staying away from this branch. Not really TD as a whole but this branch in particular. And obviously what sparked this long reaction from myself wasn’t just one teller it was both of the females working the 15 car backed up drive through Rant over!!!!

  I asked for four rolls of quarters in exchange for $40 cash. The teller told me that because I didn't have an account that they would do it once as a courtesy but that in the future they would wouldn't do it. I have gone to multiple different banks that I am not a member at asking for the same service and nobody has ever told me that exchanging cash for quarters was for members only. Then in front of multiple other customers the teller asked me what my reason for not having a TD bank account was. I found this unprofessional and inappropriate. When I told the teller that i had a different bank closer to my home, she rolled her eyes and asked why I was at this bank then. That crosses the line in my opinion. Now, I will NEVER open a TD account.

  Went to put money in my savings and get a blank check to start direct deposit at my job, waited in line for 20 mins then was finally helped. The teller counted my money after acting like I was doing her an inconvenience because I didn’t tell her exactly how much it was (I estimated) she would’ve had to count it anyway to check? Or if I told her it was $1,000 she would’ve just put that in my account? Lol. Then she goes to print my check when another teller comes over to her discussing another customer who was in the store, she stops what she was doing with me to talk to her. I heard everything obviously and just left without my check because their conversation took way too long and was extremely unprofessional.

  No longer live up it’s name of a great bank, now one of the worst banks. Stopped by today, Saturday at 9.47am but they had signs up saying their TEMPORARY CLOSED. Even though they are supposed to be opened on Saturdays from 9-3. They have made the drive-thru our ONLY way of getting our money from savings account!

  I went there today to exchange 60$ in twenties for 60$ in ones. I waited 22 minuets only to be refused because I was not a member. And they were rude about saying no. It’s a bank. Just wanted to make an exchange but it was a problem. They are petty and I will never ever become a member of TD banks ever. What a joke they are.

  I don't normally fill these reviews out, I'm not really the type, but after my experience today I had too. I had an issue with my checking/savings accounts and was very confused by some things happening on there. I had a representative, her name also Jamie (M... I'll keep the rest of her last name private for security purposes) help me with my situation. She was patient, understanding and put herself in my shoes. The problem was resolved and never once did she treat it like it was my fault. She walked me through everything in a very personal but professional matter. Greatly appreciated and I highly recommend her and this TD location!

  I went to 4 different banks today trying to get cash out of my account and it was so stressful, but these guys were the only ones that could help me and they were so kind, this is the best bank experience I've ever had, really wish it was closer to home, I'd switch in a heart beat

  If you owe them ANY money from a $1-1000.00 they will report you and you will NEVER be able to get a bank account any where else - EVEN AFTER YOU PAID THEM. They will make it so you HAVE to bank with them forever. DON'T DO IT!!!! STAY AWAY!!
