      This is truly the worst branch of TD Bank in the entire company. The sign says drive up closes at 5pm. I arrive at 4:20. I'm behind a guy who is out of his car at the window. He is taking forever. I finally ask him if he will be much longer. He says, I don't know, I only want a money order. 25 minutes go by. Finally I pull up. It's 4:45. Nobody comes to the window. I ring bell and girl says..."sorry, we are closed". I said I was on the line all this time. She just repeats "Sorry, we're closed". People who are on line should be taken care of and the posted hours signshould change.

      Oct. 29, 2019, I drive to the drive through ATM to get cash. Their ATM is down but no sign at all outside the drive through lane. I can't backward thought their little tiny driveway. And there is a human serving window open but that is super slow. I spend almost half hour there. Take away the American most convenient bank, not convenient at all.

      The lines in this location are very short and very fast. The staff at this location are very professional and understand the brand. They are quick with the lines and ensure that all TD Customers are served with dignity and respect. This location located in great location which convenient from the buses and subways. This place is well recommended for great customer service, advice, and communication from the staff. Each experience is different but this was my best experience for the first time.

      Long wait times, slow service, do not communicate vital information with customers. I've been going here for about a year and a half because its pretty much the only bank around and every time has been a long drawn out chore. With Covid I expected further disruption but it's nearly October and this bank has yet to get its act together. Their 'check in' app doesn't seem to work and hasn't for as long as it's been implemented, lately they've compensated by having a manager come out to ask what people need and to keep closer track of waiting customers. This would be great if not for the fact that they have next to no tellers meaning that as orderly as the line outside is being kept it's barely moving because no one is actually helping the customers. Also never show up without your account card. Whether they recently changed policies or this was a policy they just never enforced before I do not know but my last visit I swung by to get some quarters they refused to give me any because I did not have my card on me (I rarely use it so it often stays in my desk at home.). It use to be that not having your card would limit money orders to $20, which was fine because I rarely needed more but I just spent 30-40 minutes of my day waiting just to be turned away by the teller. This wouldn't rankle so much if it weren't for the fact that I called ahead to make sure they had quarters and the associate at the other end of the line made no mention of this change of policy. I could just cram their card in my card stuffed wallet for every blue moon I actually need them but I think I'm just done with this place. They consistently waste my time and literally make the only service I keep an account with TD for to use a pain in the backside. Don't go here people, just don't.

      If you need anything go to Mohammed , That dude is awesome , He helped get my accounts straight and also close out excess items that I didn't need in my account , He also explained multiple bank policies and procedures so I wouldn't be confused in the future. If you need anything on the teller side you should definitely ask for him

      Terrible customer service. I stood in front of the door for 5 mins knocking as 3 employees sat behind the desk and continued their conversation. One guy looked my way and when we made eye contact looked away and just ignored me. Amazing people skills. Being sarcastic btw.

      Long wait time, no eye contact nor communication with customer. We came to terminate our checking account bc we usually use our chase account. The Teller Addy has no customer service skill. No eye contact with me, didn’t say hi or ask what she can help. She looks like she hates her job. If you don’t want to do customer service job then find another job. Customer service doesn’t fit her personality. Overall, bad experience at this branch.

      This is the worst customer service that a bank can offer. There is this gentleman today as a teller 11:15 am start on 6/2/21 wearing white shirt. He would just stand there worrying about his hair. And would not call up a customer, instead we have to come and ask if he can serve us. He kept avoiding eye contact. Great service, NOT!!!!. So slowwww that they kept everyone waiting and when i got to the window, they told me there is no coin. And when your review is 2.7. As a bank, i think you need major improvement. It is an embarrasment for a bank that prided itself on customer service
