  I love this bank! Terry and all the staff at this incredible location make every experience easy and stress free. I have seen them go out of their way to help elderly clients and we have turned over almost all of our accounts to them. Thank you TD for being the cleanest, friendliest, BEST bank! Even Buddy loves this bank!

  I had some savings bonds I needed to cash and since I have a broken ankle and it’s hard to get out, I called ahead to make sure I could cash them there. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, but once I arrived they told me they were no longer cashing them for customers without a TD Bank account. I agreed to open an account with them, and then was told I had to wait 12 months until I could cash them! The tellers were sympathetic, but TD Bank’s ridiculous policies left them unable to help me. I went across the street and that bank cashed them without any problem, even though I do not have an account with them.

  I needed some extra attention for a large transaction. The woman behind the counter was ignorant of what was needed, despite me being as clear as I could be. Had a sleepless night, but was able to straighten out the mess with a call to TD via telephone. The experience in the bank makes me think that at least one employee may not be properly trained. I will think twice about doing any transactions here that are slightly out of the ordinary. Update: TD was very helpful after the initial experience (which happened at lunchtime when they were temporarily understaffed). Very happy with the bank and their later follow through! Thank you TD

  Great service, even better workers, I highly suggest this bank, helped me inprove my credit score, free lollipops,open 7 days a week, and gives out dog treats. It's the best bank I ever been to. Thank you TD bank!!!!!!!!!

  Great customers service. Better hours than any bank. They helped me improve my credit score by offering me a secured credit card when I couldn't even get a gas card. Highly recommend. My family has been with them for 40 years, back when they were Riverside.

  Went to this branch and was assisted by Kaitlin who had to re-write everything I had written for a withdrawal, deposit and money order. She was very professional and helpful the entire time. She had gone out of her way to help with a smile and a professional attitude. TD Bank should be proud to have such professionalism show to the customers and to their establishment.

  What an amazing experience it has been thus far banking with TD. My home branch in IHB has the best customer service and I can tell they really care about their clients. As a new business owner, Laurie sat down with me and helped me to set myself up for success; helping me to organize my finances the easiest way possible. Every time I go in I leave with a smile. I have zero complaints, only positive praise for the staff at TD. Even the branch in Melbourne was kind enough to let me take cash out after Hurricane Irma with NO POWER. The teller gave me a handwritten receipt for cash withdrawal; the ATM was out of order due to power surges.. A ROUND OF APPLAUSE TD BANK!! I've already referred two customers and many more to come! Thanks so much!

  Alecia is awesome. I am in and out of this branch a lot for both business and personal banking and hey are all super nice and helpful. But Alecia has always gone out of her way to help. Very nice, very patient. She always has a smile and a greeting even when just going in to make a deposit and walking through the bank.

  Took $1368 from the Elderly, Broke Promises, Failed to Reply or Do the Right Thing. TD Bank took $1368 in maintenance fees from us for one dormant checking account even after refunding these fees twice in 2013 and promising to stop charging them. We paid no other fees on all other checking accounts we had with TD Bank so it’s clear that TD Bank could have corrected this but failed to do so. And now TD Bank refused to do the right thing and refund these outrageous fees. And even worse, our local TD Bank in Indian Harbour Beach failed to reply for weeks to my personal visit to them and the detailed documentation I prepared and presented them about out case. They only replied after I faxed their Store Manager Lisa Conroy. But she refused to do the right thing and refund the $1368. Furthermore TD Bank listed these maintenance charges only as a small line item for this single dormant checking account at the end of pages of consolidated statements that listed all our other (active) checking accounts first all with no maintenance fees. This TD Bank predatory behavior against seniors is in contrast to our new credit union, who already proactively reached out to suggest opening another account that would save us money. Like our credit union, banks should also take care of their customers. BANKS SHOULD NOT PREY ON ELDERLY CUSTOMERS AS TD BANK DID with us. In 2017 TD Bank had a net income of over $10 billion dollars. But in contrast, my wife and I are in our 60's and the $1368 TD Bank took is a lot of money to us. TD Bank's predatory behavior against the elderly is unethical and unacceptable. So of course we closed all our accounts at TD Bank. Do a web search for "Complaints about TD Bank" and you'll see a pattern of behavior like what we suffered.

  This branch truly deserves a five star rating. They are knowledgeable, and considerate. Always there to help. From the branch manager to the tellers, are friendly . makes me look forward to visiting this location. As they have jeard me say , i love my bank !
