Gabby Contreras1Girl at the drive thru needs better customer service . I usually visit Westport ave for a business account and by the way the friendliest team ever. I come here when I’m in the area. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day . But this is the second time . She is so rude and tries to rush you . Always leaves me talking by myself

Rich S1And the award for the most slowest drive thru ever of all TD banks goes to this one. One lane open as usual. If someone has to stop quickly at the bank with very limited time such as my self. I end up always having to wait a minimum of 6 minutes every time. Why don’t all the TD banks just put outdoor ATM machines in the drive thru lane! Clearly we can do a faster job with it versus having to wait forever in line….

John J. Scura III5Drita Gjonbalaj, the branch manager, and Erika Medeova-Weigel, Assistant manager, did such a fantastic job for me. They both took a lot of time out of their busy days to help me with my kids accounts. Truly great customer service. If we all helped each other this way the world would be a much better place. TD Bank is lucky to have them both. Thanks. I wanted to add that recently Ron Asani helped me with a wire and made it so easy for me. He is doing a fantastic job running that branch. Each employee there has gone above and beyond. Great work and give these people a raise TD.

Donna Bender1Worst bank in the history of banks. CONSTANT mistakes. Crummy rates. Always new employees. Constant confusion. Still trying to solve problem from 2 weeks ago. Don't answer phones many times. Maybe if the manager wasn't eating her Pringle chips in her office (8/28/20), she could answer the phone. Unprofessional. Go to dr Bank in Darien. Art is very helpful, especially during pandemic.

Rose1I would like to give it 0 star. This bank is the most inconvenient bank. It kept on asking you to go into brench in person. And they are short of staff. And they make mistake and then you need to be there again in person again. Nothing can be resolved by the phone call. It is a shame that they claim that they are the most convenient bank. Staff is poor quality. They can't resolve TD Bank's issue efficiently. It is definitely the worst and the most inconvenient bank. Today I am here because they locked my account for not using it. The staff here is doing nothing and chatting with the cx who could go home to set up account herself. however this staff was on hold on phone for more than 30 minutes and refused to help other clients who are waiting.

Antonia Barringer3TD bank customer service overall is terrible. I have 5 accounts there and they can never get it straight when I am traveling for the one card that I use. Even though I call them every time in advance to notify of travel, they lock my card out each time and require call, which is a min 20 wait time. As far as the Darien branch and local customer service, ask for Paula. She is the only one who is efficient and helpful. You might have to wait to see her specifically, but it's worth it.

Linda Smith1I too can't believe how bad this branch is! I give the Westport and Norwalk branches 5+ ratings. What happened? I went through the drive-in with a check from one TD account (an organization of which I am treasurer) with a repay to our own checking account. I had written $150 and wrote over the 5 a 6 and initialed it. Then I wrote out "one hundred and sixty dollars and no/100s". The drive-in woman came back and said the "manager" (not really, it was "Proshan" since the mgr Paula Csengo was out) had refused to accept it! Afterwards I realized they could have checked their records to see that I am the signer on both accounts. Such bad customer service and I was embarrassed in front of my husband. I am calling back tomorrow when Paula should be in to speak with her. Hope she is more helpful than the previous reviewer said.

Bluewave Info1Tellers do not follow security protocol which caused fake bank accounts to be placed in my name and also money drawn out of my accounts even though I had security passwords in place. Removed all my money from TD Bank

void1DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BRANCH. Worst customer service ever. If I had the chance I would give them no star. Branch manager Paula is the worst and really should be fired for treating customers so inappropriately. Again choose a different branch do not bank with them PLEASE.
