  A super huge shout out to Candace and Rachel, they were just so wonderful and easy to deal with in resolving a very uncommon matter regarding one of my accounts! They were patient, friendly and most importantly went above and beyond! They both deserve a promotion!

  We opened our business account for our non-profit here and we had a great experience! Kerri and Chris were awesome, friend, and genuinely interested in us as people and our business. So sweet and so helpful. Definitely looking forward to our long relationship here!

  F what ya heard! TD South Main is the best in town. Clean, fun atmosphere. Very welcoming. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Quick accurate transactions. Love the place.

  Horrible, racist staff. Drove for 2 hours because that is their closest branch near my new hometown, only to be told no, we cant give you the money you wanted to withdraw. 2 types of ID plus answering their security questions isnt enough proof that the account belongs to me? Their reasoning was that due to their “policy” they cant give me the money, they then said that i cant take out the amount i wanted but a different amount and then when i said ok - i will take out the lesser amount they then said no, you cant take anything out. Their solution? Come Monday-Friday and speak with a manager. Well, i work M-F like a normal human being and Saturday is the only day i can drive 2 hours and go to the bank. How or when will this get resolved? Who knows. For now TD Bank has taken a hold of my money and doesnt want to release it to me. What a joke. This branch should be closed because of their horrible customer service, racist staff (yes we speak spanish). They also dont have any spanish speaking staff (shocking!). I would love someone from corporate to give me a call - this is not how their customer of many years should be treated. Truly disgusted with this branch. Most importantly with the unprofessional racist teller named Dawn. She should be fired.

  Best bank around! Everyone is really nice. Customer service is great. They don't take forever. Very professional. Clean atmosphere.
