      Even though multiple charges that i didn't make happened to be charged they claimed there was nothing to be done. This is also not the first time this has occurred and fraud alert has done next to nothing. I'll be returning in a few days to close out my accounts, would not reccomend.

      Overall it's a good bank to choose since it sits right by a scenic front yard. The atm is my best friend. Thank God for ATMS This place is obsessed with masks. I'm surprised I never got kicked out for forgetting my mask in my car.

      Literally 20 minutes for a simple transaction through the drive thru. This does not count how long I waited in line this was just for my transaction. They needed to do an override and the person that does overrides was too busy on the phone to take a second to do the override.
