  Appointments necessary for sit down business transactions. Walk-ins for Teller counter ONLY. Needed a replacement debit card. When I arrived at the Clark branch I hadn't made an appointment but was able to make one by following the directions posted on the door. I needed to send a text with my name and wait in my vehicle untill they advised me it was okay to enter and was given the name of the representative I would be seeing. Was in and out in less than ten minutes with a replacement card. Dividers at counter/desks and masks are required.

  Whenever I needed it, the staff attended to me very cordially and always went out of their way to solve anything I needed. There are no queues. It's a great bank. I miss him here in Brazil.
