The service at TD Bank in Woodstock has seriously deteriorated. I have been a customer of this bank for nearly 50 years, as the Woodstock National Banks and all the banks since, but what's going on with TD Bank now is frighteningly bad. I cannot get call backs from the manager and have serious concerns about their ability to service my account going forward.. Unfortunately, I will most likely be closing my account there soon.

They didn’t even have a manager for me to speak to when I just called.. just a head teller. They would not allow us to cash a check without a photo Id even though I have had an account with TD for over 20 years. I’m going up the ladder on this one. I have already left messages for people in charge of the TD banks in this state
