  This lady named Debbie at the Whitehouse Station is very rude. I spoke to her 2 X. Both times, she had a habit of often cutting off me talking when I was trying to explain to her the issue. She came out as me as annoying customer and I did not know what I was talking about! Why! She clearly showed no interest in solving my issue, but just tries her best to get me off the phone. I often just gave up and waited to talk to the lady who created my accounts for me. However, she finally got me to lose my patience with TD bank. The bank made a mistake in setting my LOC, I established a business checking a/c & LOC with them. Unfortunately, there was an error in the typo and I could not view my LOC to process any transfer. I called the customer service, they advised me to go to the branch to process the transfer. I called up the branch. This lady , Debbie, answered the phone. I tried to explain to her the issue, but she again constantly cut me off. Thus, she kept accusing me for not being clear. If she would just listen to me explaining her the issue, she would not have been confused. I had enough of her. I am seriously considering cancelling my account with TD Bank.
