  Join the 21st century and allow online wire transfers. Stop wasting customer's time going to physical bank locations to be told the one person on site who can do a wire transfer isn't authorized to wire that much money. These aren't problems anyone should be dealing with in this day and age. Also the TD online FAQ says nothing about wire transfer limits.

  I used to like TD bank here. Last time I went there to replace my TD connect card due to concerns of skimming, the banker ordered me a new card. While I was waiting for him to go check something, he came back excited saying that the card was ordered and that he cut up my old card. I was dumbfounded as he did not ever ask me if I was ready to order the new card or that he would have to cut my old card. The important bit here is that I had funds on that card, which I am not able to access until the new card arrives. There is no way for me to retrieve that amount; it is a TD connect card. I cannot believe how incompetent that person is. So, bottom line, do not assume that they know everything. They just follow the instructions on a screen, I guess.

  I'm appalled at how I was treated at this branch today. The store Manager, Lori, was BEYOND rude to me. The chain of events leading to my encounter today is exactly why I'm no longer a customer there. You can thank her for losing my family's accounts as well. I do want to say that the customer service representative, Matt, was helpful every time me and my family were there. He is the only reason I had the patience to deal with you company after their screw up. Never using your bank for any service again!

  Although I occasionally find myself annoyed at some of the fees, for the most part, they are few and far between. I can't say enough about the customer service at this Exton branch. I have been a customer here for nearly 8 years, and I have NEVER had a negative interaction. ALL of the tellers and associates are friendly and helpful. The people are the reason I stay with TD Bank.

  I have been banking with TD for 5+ years and I am finally at my nerves end and will be closing all of my accounts. The turnaround makes it virtually impossible for any real relationship to form. The banking services are great, but the lack of customer service is a joke. Try to remember your customers TD Bank, don't treat them like a stranger every time they are in. Exton branch shame on you.

  The bank manager refuse to help me I had to call the 1800 number and they reached out to a bank manager at a different location who was willing to help my with my issue . The manager at the exton branch was very quick to Say there is nothing she can do to help. Very poor customer service . I am also putting in a formal complaint to her supervisor

  Not my normal TD bank but was coming from a work meeting in that area and stopped in to make some deposits. I went thru the drive thru and Saif provided excellent customer service! Very friendly, told me about the credit card offer they currently have going on, was super friendly and timely! He was outstanding and really lifted up my Friday afternoon spirit. I wish that was my normal bank location! Such a different experience then Concordpike/Silverside Wilmington DE TDBANK.

  Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this bank I have had nothing but great experiences here! So happy I switched from my previous bank to TD!

  Takes Forever to get anyone to help you on customer service. Takes for ever to get assistance when you do go to the bank. Honestly service is horrible. The employee helping me just seem so mad when I asked any question after waiting in line for over 20 minutes.

  There are two other TD locations closer to my new home in West Chester, but I still prefer to use this location. The staff has always been helpful in answering questions, and does a good job handling all of my banking needs, from deposits to wire transfers. They remember me and routinely ask how my business is doing and about my various hobbies. The biggest plus is they are conveniently located right near the intersection of RT 30 and RT 100. Thank you for your dedication to excellence TD Exton!!!
