      As a business account holder I always have questions or concerns and Mike had been amazingly helpful with all transactions and questions. Typically banks are sterile and transactional but not this branch. The entire staff welcomes me with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor, every single visit. More banks should strive for this level of custom care and hospitality banking.

      I came here with the intentions to withdraw some money, since my fiancé and I are in the middle of a remodel. I transferred funds from my business debit to my checking (which I have done servers times before) which then led to the bank teller freezing my account and locking $32,000. He refused to give me any information in person or over the phone and said it was the banks right to withhold ALL INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT. TD CORPORATION HAS SUBMITTED A FORMAL COMPLAINT and this branch has lost not only a customer - who has a lengthy client list but all of my respect!

      Customer service is of utmost priority to this place. It was clear to me from the minute I sat down with Jason (the general manager) that this place was different from the "bigger" banks. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 12 years and have never once received the level of service in one of their locations that I received here on my first visit. You can't please everyone all the time, but I don't think there was anything more he could have done to improve my experience. He was very clear about the types of accounts that were available and the associated fee schedules, and I paid attention well, so I'm confident that I won't have any issues with my banking. This place is a relief from the traditional banking experience.

      My husband and I had a lot of issues But I gave it 5 stars for the crew that works Monday thru Wednesday they're awesome. Corey is a great assistant manager and is an asset to the company. Corey and his team went out of their way to help fix mistakes made by the Thursday thru Saturday team. They should be commended. Thank You guys

      I can't say enough about TD Bank customer service outstanding online support outstanding security for your account unbelievable I would not go to any other bank except for this one ever again in my life this bank is on the up-and-up open 7 days a week what more can you ask for

      This bank is horrible. I went there to open an account and the guy helping me explained everything different then what was on my account. Said if I go online I can make as many transfers of my own money that I need. So I did and then I got hit with a few fees so I called and they said it was a federal thing which that's okay but inform me when I first sign up so because of that my account got lowered from an interest fee to a non interest fee and claimed there was nothing they can do about it. Not to mention I'm not recieving any mail they claimed they sent to me I checked at the post office and my mailing address is okay. This bank is a joke and when I signed up everyone told me not to do it. Been nothing but a headache I will be moving somewhere better
