  Used to be great. New manager is going to take all the trust and security out of the banking experience at this branch. The girls who are there have been doing it 5 Star + for years, and are approachable, honest, hard working, and friendly. One of the girls already doing the job should have been afforded the opportunity. While stopping in for a deposit Monday morning and saying hello, the girl who has been running the bank for years was working behind the counter and I said "Hello Boss" . In a FLAGRANT attempt to assert her authority over the girl behind the counter, the new manager piped up and said "She is ONLY the Assistant Manager, I am the store manager!" Then went on to be as RUDE as humanly possible. I feel horrible for this tight knit group of girls who have worked so hard to make this bank so approachable, and such an integral part of the community. My God, what they must be going through working under this new wretched manager. I can only imagine that it is one of those "Who ya know," job placements. The lack of professionalism, was absolutely appalling!! I can't imagine that the new manager will last much longer. If she does, I am pulling my accounts and going elsewhere. I hope TD Bank knows just how detrimental and costly one bad manager can be. I have had managers in my own business who talked a great game when I was there, but when I would leave they were all but abusing the employees. Sadly I have to rate my experience so low because of this one WRONGLY placed management shill.

  Had a great experience at this bank in Chazy yesterday. All the Clerks and Store Manager went over and beyond to make my banking experience seamless. Well done! I wish we had more banks run like this!

  I tried to reach them many times, but they did not answer my calls. I wanted to change my number, thay even not ask from me what kind of issue i am having. So I think this is worst bank in the usa i have ever used. I recommend to use another bank not this.

  Great service. I am a Canadian and I needed to open a US Estate account. Kristin made sure everything worked well. Highly recommend
