  worst bank there is. absolutely horrific and nothing but trouble. you'll have a pending charge for a week, then it disappears only for oit to reappear a week later. when you contact the place it said you used your card, they say there are no recent charges. bank refuses to do anything about it nor are they unable to answer any questions because they are unable to explain why they continue to attempt to steal your money.

  Been banking with them for 3 years. I asked if i can get a starter loan to build my credit only for them to laugh at my face and tell me that il never be eligible to get any benefits with them. They were not helpful with me at all and pretty much told me that even if i switched to other banks or credit unions i would be told the same which was a lie. Rude employees, snotty supervisors and poor services. i would think after being with them for 3 years id get some benefit but that was a lie. i switched to a different bank and went to a credit union. from start they said i was eligible for a starter loan and that they help build my credit from the ground up and offer rewards when i reach my goals and make on time payments and were shocked about my experience at TBK. TBK bank is the biggest joke and im glad i no longer bank with them anymore. if i would've known earlier i would've switched immediately. DO NOT BANK WITH TBK. Your better off banking with a credit union instead that will help you instead of making fun of you.

  The employees of this branch are always friendly and helpful! I will only go to this branch!! Keep up the good work!

  9 out of 10 people in the bank are incompetent, slow and argue with everything. Never wanna help you and just plain out worst branch ever.. the only branch I will be dealing with fron now on is Milan

  Bank tellers are rude, constantly make mistakes. This is the only branch that consistently offers poor services!
