  As first time home buyers, we had many questions, but Taylor was great with answering our questions and he made sure we understood the process. He was super accommodating and not hard to get on the phone, which was great with last minute questions! Even though we were moving out of Florida to Georgia he was still able to help us and he worked great with our out of state realtor. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Taylor and would highly recommend him for Florida and Georgia home buyers!

  Taylor is phenomenal! My wife and I recently closed on our first home and he helped us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. He was always available for a call or text, and was great at fielding our many questions. Definitely would recommend his services to anybody.

  Taylor is the reason our offer was chosen out of 20+ offers on our DREAM home. 10pm on a Sunday, the sellers had narrowed it down to our offers and a few others, they called and said if we could do a 10 day financial contingency, it was ours. Taylor was ready and answered the phone, 10pm on a Sunday night and said he could get it done in 2!! After that, he made the process EXTREMELY easy, and never once missed a phone call, even when I called tons with a million questions. I can honestly say that had we not chosen to work with Taylor, we would not be sipping our coffee on the front porch of our DREAM home.
