  Banking with Tandem is as refreshing as being the "coaster" on a tandem bike. The staff from management to customer service has the most can do attitude we've ever experienced from a bank. We've had business and personal accounts with some of the bigger banks, but their customer service is no match for the folks at Tandem. We are delighted they are our bankers and we can't recommend them highly enough.

  Super sweet and friendly staff. Was greeted warmly and treated like family immediately. On first appearance super small but they were super fast and full of information on how I can build my business. Printed out debit card same day.. NO WAIT. SUPER EXCITED BIG BANKS ARE OVER RATED..

  The customer service is simply amazing. Any time I call or come by, I never walk away without being blown away by a responsive and friendly employee. Things are taken care of in one interaction. I’ve never experienced that at the big banks. Simply awesome, I am a huge fan.

  First impression of the Tandem Bank: clean, professional and fast. I opened a free checking account today and the process was really easy. They were even able to print the debit card on the spot. Although there is no drive-thru, Tandem doesn't charge any ATM fees which is super convenient. Highly recommend to anyone looking to open a personal or business account.

  Charles and crew at Tandem are a breath of fresh air in the banking industry. They are very hands on and provide excellent customer support.   If you love the small bank feeling then you are going to love this bank. Tandem is awesome. my company changed to Tandem so I followed suit and have my account there as well now. The tellers and office people are all so friendly. They make you feel like you are a friend. I recommend this bank to every one who asks me about banking or if they are complaining about other big banks I send them here.
