  There have been multiple fraud cases in the last two months with no communication from Synovus Bank. This bank has given a poor response. He was disrespectful and unprofessional after waiting hours to speak with officials. Branch Manager with a bad attitude. It's finished! Not at all recommendable.

  This is just absurd. I made a cash deposit at the ATM. I returned to the branch the next morning, and they stated I didn't deposit anything. I filed a claim with customer support, and they said I didn't deposit anything. They are obnoxious and cheap.

  Just opened a new account here and went thru the drive in on a Friday afternoon and waited 10 minutes for a teller. Maybe because of the change over.

  Everyone at the branch is courteous and very friendly. Very very helpful.

  Didn't cash me a check through the drive thru because i dont have an account with them. Its not the first time i cashed a check there. This is ridiculous. It was just 4pm they never told this when i called over the phone. They wasted my time and gas. 0 stars.
