Usher Thomason5Wow! Great experience opening my account. Walked in and was greeted with a hello from the teller as soon as I entered. The VP saw me waiting and introduced himself and asked if he could help. We ended up in his office having a great chat about mutual friends and in no time I was with the customer service rep setting up my account. The account setup went great and there was no pressure to upsell anything. All I can say is that it was personal banking at its best. How refreshing!
