      Horrible service!!! I went in to cash a check from a friend that was drawn on this bank and they were trying to charge me a fee. When I spoke up about it and questioned why they would charge a fee to cash a check that was drawn on their institution the teller next to her who had her own customer that she was working with chimed in very rudely and said "sir, if you don't want to pay our fee then you can go to your own bank and they should cash it for free".

      It's a bank. They do banking things. I bank with them and I'm glad they have many locations to meet my banking needs. This location is conveniently located in dalton and the staff are friendly

      Horrible customer service. Especially the older lady at the drive thru very rude and inconsiderate I wouldn't bank there if it was the last bank in the tri-state area. Poor very poor!!!!
