  Jay Jaffee with doorway mortgage is absolutely amazing to work with! I don't think I've ever had any better customer service in my life. We recently purchased our very first home and with only 3 weeks to spare between closing and the birth of our second baby, Jay did whatever he could to get us into our house. He really cared about our needs and our family, he didn't ever seen like he was just there to get a paycheck. He was available for any questions we may have had day or night, just a phone call away and always easy to reach. He was very good at explaining to us the process in which everything worked as this was our first time buying a home and we were clueless. He made it very comfortable to bring our kids into the office for meetings. He played movies, had toys to play with, snacks, etc. We cannot thank him enough for all the time he spent with us, he has really helped us build the life we want for our family!   I have purchase several homes over the years. And in my experience, I was routinely disappointed with my experience in getting home loans and dealing with mortgage brokers. I City Mortgage was incredible, the loan process was personal and Jay, (my lender, ask for him, he was the best!), not only walked me thru the process from start to finish but made sure I was choosing the right approach for my family and long term financial goals.   I worked with Stef Simmons on the purchase of my home a little over a year ago, and this time around when I wanted to refinance to a much lower rate. Both times I've worked with her were great! She is very responsive, gives the direction needed to get the transaction closed, and cares about doing what is best for her clients.   I'm new to the home loan process while trying to use my VA. Jay took care of my family and myself. He took time to me us after hours and then fed us. He broke down the whole process from knowing our credit and how a few points can change your approval amount. To what goes into getting differt types of loans. Then offered to connect us with a great Real Estate Agent and Financial Advisor, which we look for to working with on buying our first house! Thanks Jay, you made this process less intimidating.

  Jeff and Doorway Home Loans was a breath of fresh air when it comes to mortgages and the loan experience. The way Jeff explained each piece of the process and helps walk you through the steps is great.   Working with this lender was nothing less than a pleasure. Jay and his team will take the time to break down the entire loan process giving the borrower all the information needed to make a responsible and educated decision about the investment. Jay will also work with you to improve your credit score by informing you as to which debts are most influential to pay. Jay always answers his phone.
