  It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with Dan, Karen and Natasha on securing a mortgage for our new home. From the initial meeting to the closing table we receive stellar customer service. Dan was very knowledgeable about mortgage products and what our options were and fully explained them to us. When we had questions Dan responded promptly. There were no delays in processing and approving our loan. This was the smoothest stress free loan process we have experienced. We highly recommend SWBC and would definitely use their services again if there is a need.

  We were hesitant at first thinking it was impossible for self-employed like us to get approved for mortgage loan. But after talking to Dan and answering a few basic questions, it became very real for us that we would be able to buy our first home. Dan is warm, funny and knowledgeable. With all his advice, we were able to get our loan fast and smoothly. His team Karen and Natashia are also very professional and pleasure to work with. If you ever need a loan, go with them!

  If you're in need of a guide through the mortgage process especially VA loans Dan and Karen Aiken are the team you need. They coached me through and kept me on track without cutting corners. If you want to feel like you are special and need a team Dan Aiken and Karen are who you need. Closed my loan in 21 days which is unheard of in the VA process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have done it. And even better they will not be selling off my loan servicing which is common in the industry so I know they are my partners for life.

  Where’s the other 5 stars? Cause that’s how much more they deserve. The team at SWBC PTC did an amazing job helping me get my first home. I was a bit hesitant and nervous being a first time buyer and all, but they were there every step of the way, guiding me in the process of purchasing a home and so much more. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family with confidence.

  Wow what place! I've personally never hear of SWBC until they were referred to me by my home builder. I have to say from Mr. & Mrs. Aiken to Stephanie these people are more than amazing. They just started my mortgage process but this thing is moving right along. They mean business. My kind of people. I'll update my review at the end. 03/24/2017
