  Basically told me I can't sell anything new unopened unless it has a receipt which makes no sense like you want me to open it so you can pay less for it or what because if I had a receipt for something unopened I would just return it for my full amount which circles back to don't go to pawn shops they will unfairly waste your time

  I've used just about every pawnshop in Reno and have conducted thousands of dollars in business here. Although it's my responsibility to follow my end dates, the new staff here will tell you your loan is ok to renew beyond your date securing the forfeiture of your item, management will then back them up and give you an attitude..but now that I'm looking at the reviews I see I'm not far off base..I will not be using superpawn in the future.

  They sold me a Mountain bike and they aired up my tiers. Told me they were holding air . I road the bike to Victorian . Where I stopped at a store while I was standing with my bike I just bought from Super Pawn .This white foamy liquid starts to oozz out of my tire. Sweet.

  Bought a watch. Realized it didn't work. Ask manager to split cost of new battery. Guessing it's just the battery. Was told no! Disappointing management skills. Watch was stolen and bought by this company.... yes my watch. yet i bought it back with there markup and no longing in working condition. Talk about insult to injury.

  These guys are always cool. They go through a lot of employees, thought it was because they move around to different shops, but at least a couple of the regulars I like have stuck around. Just a note on all the other complaints, if you act sketchy they are going to treat you poorly. That is literally how all pawn shop employees act.

  Went to purchase a stereo today and the guy...aka salesman refused in a very rude manner that he would not turn on the stereo for me, to check if it worked or not.....don't know what was wrong with him. SO I ADVISED HIM THAT HE LOST A SALE. Thanks for wasting my time dumbfounded. You people need polite sales people that actually want to work. Get rid of him...

  In my opinion this is the best pawn shop in the whole Reno/Sparks area. They have the best selection for the best price. And I’ve been to every pawn shop in that area. They have air guns, normal guns, bows consoles, TV’s, camera’s, bike and a lot of of other stuff.

  Someone fire that chubby Hispanic with black hair. I wasn’t going to go to this one because my friend Dan had a bad experience with him as well. But I went anyways and sure enough, he was very rude, I was completely astonished. He has no patience, why work at a pawn shop if you don’t have patience?? He showed us TVs and we were asking a lot of questions and he caught a really bad attitude. We had him pull out jewelry and said we didn’t want it so he snatched it out my husbands hand and put it back, I guess we were touching the jewelry in a way we weren’t supposed to. That’s how you inform customers of instructions or rules?? He walked off immediately. He was huffing and puffing the whole time. Some guy in the back said something to him as we were walking out and he said “oh nothing just........”. And I could’ve sworn I heard him lie. We walked out in the end, And went to the pawn shop on Oddie Blvd by sakn save and got our family a 65 inch tv there that same day. Please someone have a talk with that unprofessional sales guy or whatever he is. Go to the one closet to the Wells Fargo on Oddie. They’re sweet hearts.

  FOR 6 YEARS I HAVE DEALT WITH ALL THE CLERKS AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION. MY SON DEALS WITH THEM ALSO . IN THAT TIME I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED OR MISLED TO BELIEVE ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE FAIRNESS OF THEIR CONTRACTS AND FORTHRIGHT AGREEMENTS. A DATE IS A DATE AND THE BOTTOM LINE IS ALWAYS IN BLACK AND WHITE. A DEAL IS A DEAL, THEY ENJOY GOOD CUSTOMERS.
