      There is not too many people in the world today that is as pleasant as Lisa Davenport . She was so helpful with my needs and concerns and went over the top to help me out . She even went outside to my truck that way my mom who is 84 did not how to climb in and out of my truck . I want to thank her again for all her help .       I personally try and deal with Julie Barton when I visit this branch. I have been in a few times and went to the tellers to make transactions/ask questions, and when I have done so, the ladies hsve been rude, and don't seem to be happy to be at work .

      The customer service at Serperior Credit Union is by far the worst!!! I can't even get a simple monthly bank statement. Not online. Not on paper. Monthly checking account statements have been around for a very long time it should never be this difficult.
