  I've had this bank for about 7-8 years. Always loved it. The employees, however, are terrible. It's very inconvenient for them to have a customer walk in. I could simply be depositing money and they have a bad attitude about it. Oh and don't even try to get a credit card here. That lady does not know whats going on.

  Very pleasant time every time I go to Superior Credit Union. Had a signing today for my vehicle and it was friendly, and efficient. Emily was a great to talk to, so you have a customer as long as I'm in the area.

  The personal, professional care I received recently securing an auto loan was excellent. I was especially satisfied with the awesome customer service I received from Emily L at the Saint Marys Ohio branch. She was so thoughtful and thorough. She made me feel very comfortable. I have been a member for about three years. I would recommend this credit union to anyone who appreciates a customer focused financial service organization.

  Needed a car load for a 2018 Ford Flex. Called Shelly Shaw at the St Marys SuperiorCU and she got it done. She made it easy over the phone. Big thanks 😊 to her and Superior CU, even stayed later than she was wanting to just to make sure everything was done. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much!!!

  This Credit Union is Awesome, I left because of moving out of state and upon moving back to start a New Carreer I was welcomed back with smile and professional services. I only wish that I would have took a card from the lady who handled my reoping of an account because she was Awesome. Thanks for taking me back Superior Credit Union. Sincerely, Bruce

  I was very impressed with the service I received at this branch they made me feel like I was there most important customer the financial department was awesome Emily Lee was the financial services officer who helped me she's very good at explaining things to you and helping you make good financial decisions I was very impressed with her
