  I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah on a new mortgage and Nikki with refinancing of my vehicle. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate all of the time they dedicated to answering my questions, making contact with title agencies and other banking institutions, and guiding me through both processes. Sarah went above and beyond explaining things to make sure I fully understood everything and was very prompt in every aspect of the mortgage process. Likewise, Nikki not only got me a great rate on my vehicle loan, but also set up new accounts for me and was always planning ahead to meet all of my needs.

  I opened a savings account on 06/21/21 with Superior Credit Union. The staff at the Fostoria Branch on Countyline Street made the experience easy and were very knowledgeable about the whole process. I was finished and on with my busy day very quickly.

  My experience with Superior CU Fostoria has been nothing but stellar. Nikki has helped me through some difficult times dealing with the passing of my father and his accounts at the CU. The phone app is very helpful and intuitive. I would recommend highly to anyone looking for a great place to do banking.

  I have banked with this company and they're lovely ladies for over 10+ years. I have had no negative experiences, only positive. They are shared branching feature is one of my favorite! I've had three loans with them and they always have the lowest rate with no extra charges. Credit unions are way better than banks and I would definitely recommend Superior.

  Super Credit Union is the best! I called in the morning for a loan, it was processed and ready to go by this afternoon! Nikki was so helpful and I didn’t even have to leave the comfort of my own home! The process could not have been any easier and the service was above and beyond!
