      Unfortunately my father banks with SunTrust in Rolesville NC. This branch had 3 employees 2 tellers and 1 very underqualified Bank Marketing Rep. Who in layman's terms told us since he was a trainee he hadn't been taught how to accommodate someone with a business account🤔 Advised us to go physically to another branch on Falls Of Neuse Road. But if he is the trainee where was the trainer? Secondly why didnt he call the other bank or corporate to see if they could walk him threw it? Unfortunately I said all that to say that we definitely didnt feel welcome at this location. #complaintfiled #understaffed #horriblemanagement #underqualifiedstaff #notsofriendly

      As of March 31, 2021, this branch has permanently closed. And needs to be updated with Google and within suntrust to remove from available locations.
