  Whether you are purchasing a home or getting a REVERSE MORTGAGE Sunrise Financial offers the BEST service. I have always been so happy with the services of Sunrise Financial Service! Mike Brady is absolutely amazing in his ability to get the best fitting loans and the BEST loan rates available. I have recommend Mike Brady and Sunrise Financial for many years now. Mike has been able to help many of my friends obtain loans when other lenders either didn't have the knowledge of the type of loan that would best fit their need or access to the type of loan needed for the purchase. I always have confidence in referring Mike Brady and Sunrise Financial because I know my friends will be well taken care of. Mike really goes over and beyond in his service to help people. The first time I met Mike Brady was many years ago when he actually met my friends at a home they wanted to buy. They were first time home buyers and wanted to be sure they were getting the best kind of loan for the "fixer upper" they were buying. Mike actually met us at the property and was able to give the underwriter first hand information that was helpful to make the loan come together! From that day on, Mike is the ONLY lender I refer to. There are many other times Mike Brady has gone over and above what any other lender would ever do to help people obtain the best loan for their needs. Thank you Mike Brady and Sunrise Financial for always being there to help make that American Dream of homeownership come together!!!   Being in the insurance business, I've known Mike Brady and Sunrise Financial well over 30 years. I have referred dozens of clients to Mike. He has always gone the extra mile for all his customers.   I am changing my review of this company after using them a second tine to refinance our home loan. Mike Brady was arrogant and downright unprofessional in his manner and words through the two months of aggravation it took for them to close on our refinance loan. He blames everyone else for the time it took and complained about what he was making on his commission. His wife Carol did not show up for the closing at our home Manasota Professional Title company is the name of her company. She had her administrative Assistant do all the work. I could go on and on. Take my word for it, run from this mortgage broker and his wife!!!!

  Admittedly the mortgage processing took longer than it should have. The loan was submitted with "special pricing" for a previous client and friend. Unfortunately the loan was submitted incorrectly and had to be resubmitted. Fortunately the loan was closed with a lower rate and LESS closing costs than disclosed at the time of application. The mortgage process can be stressful for the borrower and we regret we added to that stress. As stated above the good news is a lower rate and costs. The in home closing was a courtesy by Kathy who had worked well during the process.
