  We had a great experience with Sunny Mortgage when buying our home and then again this past October when refinancing! I highly recommend going through them for your home buying needs - they answered all of our questions and took the time to explain the many things we did not understand in the process. Would use them again in a heartbeat! ;)

  The Staff at Sunny Mortgage helped me close on time and under budget! Great lending experience...they shoot straight with you - you need to shoot straight with them. Stay within income and the rest is handled by Sunny Mgtg.

  Sonny and her whole staff worked so hard and diligently to make our dreams come true. Didnt matter what obstacles were in the way they helped us work through them. When others told us it wouldn't happen, Sonny assured us that it would and it did!! I thank them all and highly recommend them when looking to buy a home!!

  I called today to ask about their residential mortgage offers and was told they weren't interested and they hung up on me. I don't know if they don't do residential or if they think I'm some sort of cold caller, but either way, the receptionist was blatantly rude and I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to when searching for a mortgage.

  Kurt & Miss Sunny were Heaven Sent they were so patient & professional they worked diligently with my family to ensure we would get our first home , they made us feel safe and they let us know that everything was going to be okay they worked with us in a way that no other mortgage company would have taken out the time I totally understand that time is money but at Sunny morgage you're more than just money they treat you with love and care I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me buy my first home they made this process so easy and I thank them from the bottom of my heart there was true compassion when I walked in this office and that will stay with me forever I love you guys Kurt, Miss Sonny and Miss Debra just know that God is using you guys to take care of his people ...   Worst place I’ve ever done business they are unprofessional; drag there feet and have no communication skills whatsoever. Sometimes hours or days getting a response from them. Will not recommend them to anyone.
