  Received a card with a chip that did not work, ordered a new one since I was leaving to Colorado and my replacement wouldn't come in time. Older lady that assisted me got upset when I told her that I would rather have a new one than wait for one. I was then charged $10 for a card which is normal I understand, but after I went to activate my card it said that the account did not exist. This was the day before I left so I pretty much left with a card that didn't work and I called the following day turns out they never even activated my card. Flash forward to now I noticed that I never got my replacement card for the temporary card, I then go to the McPherson Branch and ask them what the reasoning was. The branch at McPherson then told me that Great Bend had never even put an order for my card. Not sure how someone can mess up that many times, if it wasn't for the McPherson Branch I would have switched banks.

  I've always had pleasant experiences banking here and after needing a replacement card Sharon was extra amazing and helpful! Definitely a big relief after she assisted me with my issues!

  What a pleasant surprise to find a bank that was actually interested in my business. I had called several area banks to open a new business account, only when I encountered Alicia at Sunflower did I hear an interest in answering my questions. She was forthright, honest and very appreciative of my call. I never made it in on the day I promised her, only to find out she remembered the call 10 days later. She was professional, efficient and didn't waste my time or hurry me either. Answered every concern and suggested only the products that would benefit me. Alicia is an asset to your organization for sure.

  Very unsatisfying asked if they would change a few 20 for smaller bills for our cash register draw and they said no because I didnt have an account with them so i went to Famers Bank just down the street and they had no problem helping me out!

  The service Becca Maxwell and her team provided was excellent! I was able to refinance at a very low interest rate. Always friendly, helpful and provide answers to any questions I asked. Best customer service experience.
