  The workers here are slow at their job and quickly become frustrated or they'll do their job wrong which forces you to give back in again. Their hours are very inconvenient as they open late and close early.

  If i could rate a zero star I would. I have to USE this bank for work and they are always ripping us off. 5 times. NEVER GO HERE! If they would bundle their money, they would be able to count again and again to make sure we get the right chnage. I would never become a customer here.

  Went in to open an account. Sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. Other people that went in after me were taken care of. Went over to the bank of beaver city, and was helped right away, and now have an account with them.

  Good bank. Have never had a problem. Friendly staff. I just wish they would upgrade the Liberal offices; they look so old and outdated.

  They keep randomly shutting down my checking and or savings account. Last time I ordered checks thy were sent to someone else's addresss. This bank sucks, especially after the merger.

  I’ve been trying to get my account unblocked because it was inactive for a while but for weeks now I keep running into walls to access my money. They tell me what I need to do I do it and they add more things last minute. I was also told that the branch manager was going to give special permission to reactivate my account and I yet to see anything happen. Even though it’s my money they are holding it hostage in a sense from me.
