  Customer service was amazing! We were turned away from another local bank over $0.17. Bridget was amazing and set up everything. Bank with Sunflower if you want real customer service :)

  After having gone through a terrible experience at another bank in Hays, I went over to Sunflower Bank on East 27th, and talked to Bridget Stenzel. The service she provided deserves more than 5 starts. If you’re looking for customer service excellence, Sunflower is your bank and Bridget is your representative.

  They were the best bank originally. Then they went political and started asking what I was using my own money for and that is none of their business. It is a disgusting overreach on their part and I will have none of it. Not to mention they wanted me to write a letter to get my money sent to me and close my account. I should not have to write a letter to get my own money sent to me. Horrible, horrible practices.. and it used to be such a friendly bank.

  I had an issue that required a lot of time and patience to correct and Desiree did a a great job. She was very willing to answer my questions and to explain what needed done. It took over an hour of her time to do this and she was very professional and friendly. Thank you Desiree!

  Sunflower Bank is and has always been my favorite bank in Kansas to use! The customer service is excellent. Everyone is always friendly, nice and happy to see me! And it is not just me; I have noticed they treat all their customers with kindness and are always delighted to help people. The bankers are also very personable, and professional at the same time. They are the best around, specifically the Hays, KS location!

  The gentleman had poor customer service and bedside manners. I was treated very poorly during my visit. I will not return.
