  I got my car refinancing loan from this bank, Suncoast Credit Unit. Wilbert Corvil helped me with all information and paperwork, everything was so easy and comfortable, he is really welcoming and knowledgeable professional. I didn’t expect to be impressed by offer but I got impressed by service, offer and care. Strongly recommend. They made my Day !!! Thank you a lot.

  Make sure you get a print out of everything you ask for and understand what you are signing. Make sure the person you are working with understands what you are asking as well.Unfortunately, when it comes to death matters it’s your word against theirs and their hands are always “tied” and if document was not filed correctly the client is the only one that suffers consequences. There is no accountability just “it wasn’t documented” even when they can see the document was general and not specific. I wish there was a better way to hold their feet to the fire.Death is hard enough, make sure they do what you ask so you don’t have to deal with mess afterwords. Branch manager was nice but like I said “their hands are tied.”

  I went into Suncoast Credit Union to refinance my car and set up an IRA. Andrea helped my fiancé and I with everything and she helped us find ways to save money, like setting up a money market. She was very helpful and informative. Andrea was super kind and patient with us. I recommend asking for her!

  This a credit union and by all means should cash a tax refund check regardless of membership. The teller refused to help and would not explain why she couldn't cash my check. I understand needing an account to cash checks not from suncoast but as stated this is a credit union. A federal institution. Figure it out.
