  I received a letter from a business saying that their system was showing that my husband and I owed them $1000 from almost 2 years ago. Their system went through some kind of glitch and they needed proof that we had paid. I couldn’t find the receipt and my bank app wouldn’t let me go that far back. I called Sunbelt in McComb and spoke to Connie. She was very friendly, proficient, and fast. I had proof in no time that I had paid the 1000 and was able to resolve the issue with no problems. Thanks, Connie, you’re the best.

  You guys had a perfectly good app, I was very satisfied with it, I even sent you CSCU a new customer, when I wS forced to update the new app afterwards I wasn't able to pay my bills, I shouldn't have to call in, or visit a branch to take care of my business. This update is costing me time and money that I already can't afford

  Connie came by the office today (Rayborn Trucking ) and was truly a ray of sunshine and very friendly. Thanks for all the info and the goodie bags. Connie was great.

  I received a call on Friday from Jamie informing me of all the wonderful investments that the organization has to offer. I was very interested and pleased that the Credit Union reached out to inform me of the investments that would benefit me. I did decide to take a chance and invest some of my funds. Thank you for reaching out and making me feel valuable.

  I went to Sunbelt to open new accounts. Wow! It was soooooo nice to meet friendly people. Nothing was too much effort! Chienka was awesome! She even offered to refinance my vehicle at a rate that was HALF what I was currently paying. Already feel like we are fast friends. The service was THAT great that I stopped by with donuts for her the next day. Thank you Chienka, THATS how you build great relationships! You are awesome! See you soon 👍🙂

  My experience with Sunbelt credit Union was great I am 59 years old and this was my 1st break after putting my son through college My load was heavy but Thanks to Sunbelt credit Union I'm on the right track thank you all
