  I went in to get a loan and the ladies there were so sweet! I got the loan and credit card with the assistance of Jennifer Dennis and the branch manager… I didn’t get her name!

  I had another great experience doing business today. Just as it was with my last transaction Ms. Yolanda Jones was very helpful and done it with a smile. I will recommend Central Sunbelt FCU to anybody in the world and will try and make sure they do business with Ms Jones...

  My first experience wasn't so great with a rep but I try not to focus entirely on one person versus a whole organization. My account was opened and that was done smoothly but I did not feel welcomed nor that my existence was even cared about because the rep showed absolutely no emotion nor care. It was almost robotic her body language and the way she talked. I was told this org really tried to help folk in their time of need but I couldn't see how with this type of staff. So far no other issues.

  I called inquiring about open positions in the Magee branch. I was hung up on the first time I called. When I called back, she smugly told me to refer to the website. When I mentioned that I already have a job and didn't want to waste time doing applications if nothing was available (looking to relocate), she rudely said there wasn't anything open. She acted like I was a bother.

  Never been when with a bank that want even help you in a time of need and it's sucks. People's bank the best bank in the area and they help me before my own "central sunbelt"would. Thanks central Sunbelt for just holding my money and not helping👋🏾

  Chelsea Barlow is the absolute best banker I’ve ever had to deal with. I call she gets it ready NO BS ! Always there when you need her .

  Slow.. basic transactions shouldn’t take this long ..also the tellers don’t seem to know how to cash checks from this bank when you aren’t a member

  The new bank in magee ms is a eye sore. Why put a bank in a residential neighborhood. The yard care workers and employees park and block my driveway and my mailbox. It's dropping property values in this neighborhood.

  Janet. We apologise for the cars that were parking on the street during construction and opening. No one should be parking on the street in front of your home any longer. The Branch is in a building that was a previous business and several other business are on the same block. I hope that we can become good neighbors now that the construction dust has settled.
