  John Yeager at Summit Mortgage should be the first person you call if you are in need of an expert in mortgages and re-fi. If you’ve ever tried to accomplish either by going directly to a lender, you will truly see the value of calling John. Most people think that mortgage brokers “cost more” or are for people with “less than stellar credit”. WRONG and WRONG. I bought my first home 27 years ago and he was my mortgage broker then and I’m still a loyal customer! You can’t go wrong with John. He is very patient and an excellent teacher. He is always happy to answer questions and look for solutions. He is the kind of person you want on your team. I’m so grateful that he is on mine.

  John was fantastic. He communicated with us through every step in the process and answered all our questions. We got a great rate on a 30-year fixed rate mortgage and were able to take some equity out of the house for some renovation projects in the works.
