  I was over the over the top pleased with Summit Funding! I worked with Brycen who not only answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was able to get me everything I needed and wanted and even accommodated changes during the process. He kept me up to date and informed through the whole process and made it easy and simple to refinance.

  Bryce Gonser at Summit Funding is amazing! He knows his stuff and working with him and his assistant was easy and relatively stress free. By far the easiest mortgage type transaction I've ever had. Even if you don't think anyone can help you, contact him. He's the BEST.

  Excellent experience. Very professional and they knew what was needed to get my loan approved quickly. Everything went off with out a hiccup and best of all no surprises. I will certainly use Nate again in the future.
