  Pat is a very professional and personable property manager, He is really the only one I can speak on as I've only met him . However I will say my experience with Summit has been all good I've been here three years and I have to say when I ask for something to be done Pat makes sure to accommodate me. So if you are having questions about the. b<isness and how they deal with Tennant's... Very professional and kind.

  My wife and I used Summit Capital for our very first flip and we could not have been more please with using them to fund our project. The process was smooth and the staff were extremely helpful. All of the construction draws came in a very timely manner and all fees were well documented and explained. We are already in the process of using them again for our second project.

  4 years this month I have been here and I try and write a review every year .
