  This is an affiliate of lake state mortgage. had a terrible experience with them. The loan documents were provided by success mortgage. due to the shady ethics of companies I feel it is necessary to prevent others from getting burned by these companies. The name of this company should be changed from Success Mortgage Partners to Failure Mortgage Partners because they will absolutely fail to meet your expectations.

  Kendell was our lender for our first home purchase. I have been in the financial industry for about 10 years so I had an idea going in what the process looked like and to have patience with all the crazy requests that comes from underwriting. Kendell was there to answer all of our questions and gave emotional support when our many offers didn’t go through. But once we finally got our offer accepted, I never expected this process to not only be extremely easy, but also so fast. By this I mean we got the clear to close in 5 days from the time our offer was accepted. FIVE. DAYS. Kendell was always on top of any paperwork that was needed and her team was excellent as well. I cannot recommend kendell and her team enough!
