Good luck getting anything done through this company. You'll be transferred to answering machines 99% of the time. You might get a call back in 2 weeks if you're lucky. Absolute joke of a mortgage company.

Kudos to the lovely young gentleman Who denied My Lovely three-year-old daughter of a lollipop today All because she is not a “customer” but we have came to them every month for the past year and a half. Sadly my doggie gets treats every time he comes thru. Thanks for breaking my innocent 3 year old heart she always looks forward to getting her lollipop from our bank trips. So sad what this world is coming to

Mortgage department is a joke and almost impossible to contact. My whole loan experience was a disaster. My realtor ended up having to complain to the manager because the loan manager kept dropping the ball. Will never do business with them again!
