  Patrick Howell with his knowledge helped make purchasing possible. I knew after speaking with him that I was at the right place. He is very respectful, doesn't drag his feet or beat around the bush. He will be honest with you and be there to walk you through things all along the way.   I am so grateful to Patrick’s for making our refinancing experience so quick and easy! I knew that there would be a huge financial benefit to refinancing right now, as rates are better and our credit scores have improved since we bought our house 6 years ago.
