  Can't say enough good things about Steve and his team. Being a first-time home buyer in this crazy market mid pandemic inflation and with interest rates creeping up by the hour seemingly he was able to move fast and efficiently to lock me in and secure a good rate. He was knowledgeable about the current and foreseeable circumstances. He was patient, calmed my fears and provided reassurance time and time again when needed. Much appreciated! Nearly 365 days and multiple multiple offers later, here I am sitting in a home myself and my children are not only happy with but can afford and sustain. Thank you.   Steve was fantastic. You hear nightmares when buying homes and refinancing. Lenders question every single line on a bank statement and make you give your left leg to finish the process. Not Steve. He made it simple, and convenient. I won't ever work with anyone else again. Steve was thorough, and quick. Great Experience.

  Working with Steve was amazing as a first time home buyer. He explained every question I had in thorough detail and always got back to me immediately on all of the required documentation, we first contacted Steve during the 1st week of July and closed on our home August 1st. He made the process seamless, stress free and, above all, FAST. Any online work was very user friendly and took moments to verify, he even took the time on weekends to reach out to me on the phone if I had any questions.
