My family met with Natalie Cole for mortgage preapproval on 12/31/19. We had to travel to Dixon as she was unwilling to come to our local branch. That should have been a warning sign.. We eventually weren't approved for the full amount we were seeking, not really a big deal. Her pompous demeanor was over the top in response to our very basic questions. She went on to tell us of her ten years of experience but needs additional training in customer service. Never had a problem with other mortgage originators from this institution at other branches in the past. Stay away at all costs! There are other places willing to earn your business professionally.
