  Stephen did a great job for using helping us find a second home. Buying a property out of state can definitely present some additional challenges. It was hard for us to be so far away throughout the process. That being said, he worked tirelessly and made sure that our best interests were always represented. He was a great asset to our success in the transaction. He was also a tremendous help in introducing us to contractors and service people to help get us up and running ASAP.
