  Not only is the staff in Statesville very nice, they have been exceptionally helpful and informed. In addition on one particularly difficult personal day I confess I was somewhat short with a teller over a bank policy nevertheless she maintained a professional manner without responding in kind. Customer service gets a 10 from me.

  i've been with this Credit Union for many years an have had nothing but positive vibes. I've always been treated fair have enjoyed the kindness of the employees. Keep up the good work i will continue to give you all my business. In Fact my wife an i will be there tommorow 12/27/2017 to make deposits.

  The slowest bank ever. I'm never here less than 25 mins. I always have my deposit or withdraw slips all ready before i get to the bank and still im here forever. Today I sat at the drive thru window for ten minutes waiting for them to send me the tube because the car in front of me sent it back to them before pulling off. I pushed the call button when I pulled up to let them know and they just say "we will be with you in a moment" and don't wait to hear what I need. Ten mins later she finally get to me send me the tube and I sat for another 15 mins before they finally finished my withdraw. I don't expect them to be lightening fast but spending 25 mins here is crazy. I always try to come before 11am. I can't imagine what the wait is after that probably hours. Hopefully the new bank they are building will be quicker.

  0 srars! Went in for a Fraud problem, very rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I went in for questions and help not smart mouth attitude and stupid looks she gave me.Said the is nothing she can do. I wanted to cry my money has been stolen and thats the answer I get! 1 800 # helped me more than she did! Very disrespectful! I've been with SECU since i was 16, never have I been treated like this. I'll stick to the Mooresville branch! If your not a morning person or friendly find a new career. Statesville branch needs nicer people.

  Probably the worse bank ever and needs to be shut down. I’ve been in there several times and waited for a ridiculous long amount of time because of only a select few tellers were working and the rest were in their own world, the manager of the bank should be ashamed of himself for letting this happen.

  This place is one of the worse I have ever been to I wish I could give them a 0. This bank is terrible, they're awful. I was approved for a car loan but needed a cosigner which wasn't a problem but this bank right here gave me the worst run around I have ever seen. If I could sue them I would.

  The staff was very rude to me. The one in Lincolnton is very nice and polite and tried there best to help with everything, but this Statesville one is very rude. My husband and I avoid going in at all cost. Drive through its much more polite.
